The program

Serve First Realty, a California real estate broker corporation, DRE 02298264, sends optional marketing texts to people who choose texts on a Break Free From Foreclosure guide form. Texts may include tips and offers about Serve First Realty's real estate and paid mortgage-help services.

You only get these texts if you check the text box and enter your mobile number. You do not have to agree to get your free guide or to buy any property, goods, or services.

How often

Message frequency varies, up to 9 texts a month. We send texts only between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. your local time.

Costs

Msg and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed. You can also tell us in other words, in English or Spanish, such as "no more texts." A clear request to stop all calls and texts stops both.

Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@breakfreefromforeclosure.com or call 916-436-3776.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. We provide them only to providers helping us deliver and manage our own program, or where legally required. Read our Privacy Policy.

Other terms

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are not legal advice, do not stop a foreclosure, and do not extend any deadline. Contact your lender or servicer directly about your loan. HUD-approved housing counselors offer free help at 800-569-4287.
