Accessibility statement
Last updated October 30, 2026.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who are blind or have low vision, people who use screen readers or keyboards, and people with other disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our target, and we keep testing and fixing problems.
What we do
- Real headings and page regions, so you can move around by heading or landmark.
- A skip link at the top of every page.
- Text descriptions for meaningful images.
- Forms with clear labels and error messages.
- Results that are announced by screen readers, like the county finder.
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA.
- Every page available in English and Spanish.
- Testing with the JAWS screen reader and keyboard only.
Need help?
If you have trouble using any page, form, guide, or the booking calendar, call 916-436-3776 or email info@breakfreefromforeclosure.com. Tell us what you need and how you would like to get help. We will help you get the information another way and work to fix the problem.
