Meet Guillermo Serafin
Guillermo has worked in California real estate since 2004. He is the broker and owner of Serve First Realty in Roseville, and much of his career has been spent helping homeowners through short sales and foreclosure.
His story
Guillermo is a licensed real estate broker, licensed in mortgage lending and insurance, and a bonded and registered Legal Document Assistant and Unlawful Detainer Assistant. Much of his career has been spent helping homeowners through short sales and foreclosure, finding a way forward when it feels like there isn't one.
Guillermo was born with glaucoma and lost his sight completely at age 15. Losing his vision taught him how to keep going when things get hard, and how much it means to have someone in your corner who is honest with you and doesn't give up. He brings that same attitude to every family he works with.
